Penang Round Island Relay 2010

Been joined this event for 3 years include with this year...
last 2 year i was responsible for baton 11 which "famous"of its hot weather...
well this year i not take it anymore...

this year my team,BM Leopard can be said weakened...
since both season runner,Kun and Adry didnt come...
if both of them coming,i know that the results wont be of what coming out now...

really dissapointed with d outcome...
our team is well ahead of other 2 teams after baton 10...
ahead them of well around 2mins...

but the 11st guy just cant sustain d hot weather...
passed by the 3rd and 4th team runners...
so bad...but what to do?its a team event...no choice...

i was thinking if the 11st guy is me such thing sure wont be happened...
as i ad 2 years running this course...
yet coz of absent of Adry i been taken to replace his 7th baton...

well...7th baton is said to be hill...
but its ok for me...
after my finish we'r 1 and 2 mins ahead other 2 team but ad very far frm 1st team...

haiz...dunno what to said...
my other 8th and 9th runner try their best to finish but other 2 team getting close a range...
luckily 10th guy Andrew make it back to 2 mins gap...kudos to him...

Last i met with some oldies...really nice to meet them again after so long...

Hatyai Recycle Run

First time i step into Thai land...

and the feeling is different from msia n singapore...

Thai south border is quite a poor area...

really pity with those thai guys...

anyway though they are poor yet the stolen cases that happen almost none in there...

y in malaysia here just another different story...haiz...malaysian...

i discover siamese when riding bike didnt wear helmet...

yet their accident rate is low as well...

while malaysian?another different and horror story...

We all stay in VC Apartment in Lee garden there...

Thai goods just some getting cheaper than malaysia...

i managed to buy Zebra stainless steel food container and bali pineapple...

Raceday in a garden some sort like botanical garden in penang...

my male 20-35 category is 4km with abit of hill climbing...

managed to get 3rd spot...quite happy about it...

was given a Thai King photo frame...ha...

overall its a well organised event with at around 8am already finished...

i have to say Thai organiser is far better than malaysian here...

although no money offered but what they offered after race is very nice food...

with just a 50bath(rm5) registration fees...

i cant ask more about it...

a sweet memory for me in this very peaceful land...

though some may say bombing here and there...

but their people are far more friendly than ours...

Finished my final exam

yes...i just get to finished all my final year semester 1 exam...
now all my burden been over...
anyway before today cie final,yesterday i been in Larian Keputeraan 2010...

well,its a 10km run yet those kl runner still drive all the way come down to johor here...
what to do...just to try my best to get into medal placing of top 15...
and i have a nice starting...

anyway chau been run and train very effectively nowaday overtook me at around 4km...
hes form been amazing...
and i finised in 9th time abit lower than 40min...

follow exactly behind me is yien wei...
i cant say my form is bad though thumb injury not 100% recover...
but actually i run without any pain ler...

looking forward to back home at 3rd dec then go to hatyai with alex...ha
then my nice holiday start lo...
anyway still 2 race out there wait 4 me...

will try my best to capture those prizes for my year 2010 ending...

Last paper

well...i just finished my RC and IS where RC is one of my toughest paper...

i really hope this time i wont get a grade C again...

next monday will be my last paper which is CIE...hopefully i can do it well...

just finished celebrating Birthday party with Y.wei with steamboat at Da wei Wang...

i been consistenly train with the bike...think i getting love with it...

i know that i can ride it faster and faster...

looking at those female elite triathlete with 10km time of 35mins...

i wonder when can i achieve such feat...

anyway i wont give up...

will try my best catching it up soon...

Break training

I accidentally saw d Japanese Duathlete ,Takeshi Nakata in his fb...

well,his running damn fast...

5k in 15mins...half marathon in 1hr 08...

now i realize that if i want achieve my target i really need to buck up my running...

cycling is d weakness part...

anyway i will try to push it all d way...

then went for lingkaran ilmu for 11laps of each 2.2km cycling...

feeling nice to finished in 45min...

taking my last run of 3laps in ktr loop...

well,first lap is nice of below 4.10...

anyway in 2nd and 3rd lap suddenly stomach feeling pain...

may be is my food taken half hour be4 which are triple treat and old town coffee...ha...

and i hang on to finished the remaining...

feeling nice to be able run in such nice weather and performance still ok 4 me...

yet thrs still far to go...

i noe ...i'm capable of achieving my target soon...very soon....

Powerman 2010

Quite dissapointed with the outcome...

i'm targeting top5 finished in my maiden sprint...

i noe that i'm capable to do my target timing...

somehow,i just out of the contention...

with the germany guy and mark william...

i jus dun get into the placing i want...

Bike still my worst enemy...

56min in 32km lousy la inside the top 10 guy...

nvmd i wont give up,next year i will try again...

Sunday Transition Clinic and LSD

Last sunday been a knowledgeable journey...

with the help from ITU lvl2 coach Ungku Azhar and Jtri Club Bro Dale...

we managed to get a valuable lesson regarding tarnsition...

now i feel more confident about my transition changing process...

hopefully will help me during next race...

then 4 of us include chan,jiha and black ride to kota iskandar again...

i think i fell in love with this place ad...ha...

and we stopped by at R&R Tuas which close by to 2nd link...

our journey cost us around 60+km n i managed to get a aero bar from Tmn U aunt Shop...

Genting Trialblazer 2010

I been dreamin of this events since few years ago...
but i nvr make it coz of the few reason cant be avoided...
anyway this year i make it and with chan to join d men open 14km category...

well i wasnt in my best shape since my injury still out thre...
i can only say i into a 90% shape...
yet it doesnt prevent my spirit from gaining top spot in ths event...

since both of us come so far all d way frm jb...
i have to thank mr Rahimi Powerbar director for giving me some encouraging word and d newly packt apple flavour gel..
the nite before was in rajawali restaurant buffet dinner with chan...

through out the course,i can only say i get used to such kind of route before in gunun datul challenge...
1 thing i hate d most is the downhill part...
anyway both of us finished d course safely only me with minor injury and cramp on my right foot...

getting d 4th is a bonus for us since we didnt target anything...
bought some brooks attire and planning having holiday trip in awana since we got d voucher as well...
next year will strive harder to get better position...

LSD to Kota Iskandar

nice lsd route...
i love it so much...
today went with jiha and black...

around 50km go and back utm...
the view?almost like putrajaya...
very less car...

is a very ideal place to cycle,run even organize triathlon...
i'm going to arrange kakithoner for a training here soon...
wearing my zoot tri fit frm spore i bought...

nice! is what i can describe...
cycle all d way and run abit...
no sweat no kacau...

hope it bring more luck in my future races...

Better now

after so long of 20days+ now i only feel 70% better...
the rest 30% still need some time...
yet my time is running so fast...

1 more week is Genting trialblazer...
i have been wanted to join the event since long...
but coz of it expensive fees,i not dare do so...

life in uni is such a great moment whereby u can do anything u feel u like...
i know that after i grad i wont have such chances again...
and i must really appreciate it...

hopefully will recover on time...
now i getting love my bike...
duno y,i just hope to get better n better in bike section...

just got to know that my friend/racer of muds,chan got surgery...
hope he getting well soon...

damn bad luck at Thursday...
initially thought of playing futsall with my coursemate...
been quite long i didnt touch football...

well,seem like god dont really want me do so...
after i got 2 goal shot in the opponent side..
i thought of getting 3rd...

yet my foot was too fast to handle the ball and i shoot used my leg's thumb...
wow...so pain...
i cant sustain and the blood flow out all over my foot...

this is i really cant even walk...
ho sey liao...

i only can pray that it recover faster...

Its Thursday at 16th sept 2010...
and i decided to go to KL to take my desktop/workstation...
i went along with my roomate teck meng...

early 8am bus use us around 3 and half hour to reach Bkt Jalil...
then we reach Wangsa Maju lrt station...
meng said there got a nice pan mian restaurant...

just went in a have a taste lo...
no bad...quite alot of variety of the soup taste...
only thing that not good enough is it less"material" inside it...

we quickly went to Taman melati to my fren sis house to take d pc...
walao eh...dam heavy d cpu...
no choice have to transfer to chau house...

after all core zone been my another destination...
Rm100 voucher what to buy inside there?
answer is nothing...

last we have our nite meal in mid valley subway...before taking off at 9pm...
reach utm already 12.30am lo...
