Blogging?Dead in KL Marathon

I think i would like to talk about the dead first hehe...
since i'm a season runner,i know what exactly that you have to be care of when running...
anyway alot of people ignore such precaution...

this is really important since it not only help reduce ur injury as well as ur life!...
in recent Kl Marathon a 25 years old degree holder from England collapsed and died half way...
my condolence to the regarding family...

anyway i wonder why he can collapsed at half way...
so the proff shown that this guy been having heart disease...
same as Adidas KOTR last year...

its been too bad that the family wan to sue Adidas so this year no more KOTR...
y need to be like that?...
just to say that be4 u join a race you will sign in the entry form...

by saying you will not taking the organiser to the responsibility if anything happen...
hence its better that you have to take care of urself first be4 join a race!...
K,seem like blogging having such a goodness...

like that i gonna blog more more ler haha...
anyway i sincerely think its a way for us to pour out our opinion out there...
and it did help our grammar as well...

preparing to leave?

today Mr.Tee asking me to go to TP Hotel to draw the plan of the boiling pipe...
yet i made mistake again...
by going to the boiler plant room...zzz...

anyway after that was lunch time...
and i went to HR rSC8 to find Miss Juanna after lunch...
she had told me what should i do in my last day...

then i met with Miss Amy Ho who do all the checque thing for me...
she said i need to send her the finance receipt...
as well as ask me prepare for interview when i want to work here...

then i back to TP hotel where was brought along by Ass Supervisor,Burn...
he told me how the pipes are going through all aournd the building...
include with valley wing...

Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010

1 of the race that i dun wan to support for...
all becoz of its kiam siap organiser that never put athlete in priority...
well...they atleast should make it to top 15 or top20 for prozes in stake...

anyway this year i joined under bigbash charity run of 10km...
foc so nevermind lo...
initially iwant joined to take it as my long run...

bbut after see the challenger that come in i decided to have a fast run see whether can get in top 3 bo...
to my dismay i let the 3rd placing gone by 1 step nia...
haiz...

anyway its a great experience for me and my other fren of kakithoner...
41min flat wasnt a good time either...
but i do felt my running step still quite smooth...

dunno when only i can improve my own 10km timing...
p/s its been first time i ran along with my hp in my hand,spectacle on my head,a training short and a training shoes..hehe...

Responsible or irresponsible?

2 more days is scklm...
and i been ask d guy to manage d accomodation for us...
in fact i want him to manage all include with the bib collection...

anyway got another guy been come in to collect...
yet today it seem another irresponsible act by him...
i wont directly accuse anybody without any kind of big mistake done by d guy...

the fact is he never respond to our call or sms...
something really bad...
i had said be4,atleast u need to respond to ppl calling or sms...

even if ur so busy abt it...
is it u busy the whole day?...
its been a management failure by 1 person...

i m wondering he can do a good job that waiting in this new semester...
haiz...
i think i'm quite disappointed with all these...

As usual

this is 4th day of the renovation of RH...
and today is last day for us to plug all the requirement items from hotel room...
me as usual from y'day work...

which is open out the miwa lock...
i think i'm get used to this lock already...ha...
since we call as practise make perfect...

3 more days is SCKLM...
i gonna join the charity run of 10km big bask group...
now i m thinking of bring along my digi cam along the route...

so that i can snap some of the runners most happening picture...
should i do so?...
still thinking...

1 of the toughest training

today still same...
open MIWA Lock and door closer in Resort Hotel...
that miwa lock each can cost up to rm2k! while door closer well around rm400...

then i back 4 training at evening...
thinking of run outdoor...
anyway the weather just so bad that i only can run in gym again...haiz...

this time i bike,run,bike,run...
no easy...
anyway i just done it...wow...

i noe that time been very fast to come for the nearest challenge...
actually i m hoping to do well in Pg Hill Climb in July...
hopefully i can get inside my target position...

since last time i been in this nice position...
even when i go in men open category still 2year continous getting inside top3...haha...

Nite training

since come to Genting Highland here i been mostly gym training at nite...
n mosly is after 10pm which i will online before 7pm...
i wonder it will help me in term of my performance and my mental...

anyway i been doing quite alot times of cycling+runnig...
muds 2010 will be a real challenge for me to see whether all this is worth or not...
the other 2 persons that i target for...i jus wonder they really train well in it...

anyway hopefully this new semester will be yet another fruitful results for Kakithon UTM!

training training and training

erm today i message 1of my kakithon member...
i just hope that he would know what exactly i told him about for d coming race...
anyway i really hate those that i sms then never reply me anything else de...

for me,its just mean a very disrespectful act and i just very dissapointed with it...
but never mind lo...since all of us been adult i wont care for it anymore...
anyway such will only make me think twice whenever i gonna give some1 tips in future...

for me only those discipline and know how to respect people call as true champion...
haiz...dun wan talk about it anymore...the more i talk the more i feel desperate with it...
then i met with a guy call Jaya,he from electrical department...

he told me he same batch with balu...
i have seen him be4 in gym...
anyway i knew that quite long ad he didnt train to peak performance...

then came for my training at evening...
starting with hill run that i wanna do 3 laps but cant coz of rain at 2nd lap...
then i quickly went for my bike session...

with the final 1km+run...
i just feel nice with what i done...
just thinking that whether i should use this brook shoes for my muds...haha...

coz i been get used to train with it ler...
just kinda feeling that my adizero shoe wont help me much in muds interm of stability...
think about it soon...

Evening work with Manager

today i been so lucky to get a call from Building manager,Rocky Cheah...
he came to my resort workshop then ask me go along with him...
as we went,we pass by the svp(senior vice president)room if i no mistaken...

wow!their room just 5star alike...
then we went for checking the leaking that happened at the kitchen cabinet...
quite serious the condition as the leaking happen inside the wall...

which mean we need to hack the wall...
something really troublesome...
this indeed making Mr Rocky feeling headache with it...

anyway,he been so helpful to teach n guide all around...
really thanks to his patience to teach all these...
i will remember about it...

Powerbar Team Excel 2010/2011

well just got the email about my inclusion inside the Powerbar website regarding my team excel...
thats was whn i went for the press launch for both team elite and excel in month of march if i not mistaken...
feel happy with it...

and i wont stop in here...
my target being top national duathlete and runner will still going on...

before i wrap it up...i must really thnks Powerbar/nestle for give me such a valuable opportunity to excel in the sports event i join!!!

Sending report

well today i got the report from mr rocky cheah...
at first i wan send it directly anyway i thought about give it to mr tee to see it...
at noon i sent it ler...quite relieve now...

then evening having my mason with kim weng...
this evening i do brck again but this time run is outdoor...
quite cool leh...

hopefully i can get my full strength during pg hill run...

Report coming

well today my most important thing to do is received my report...
sent by yien wei...
thnks god that i went to post office at noon that i got it...

then at evening,i trying to find mr rocky cheah,our engineering department manager but failed...
anyway i got to see him at 4pm+ n sent it to him to certify...
he said tomorrow will hand to me... then i can post laju to UTM ler haha...

Today i been helping with mr Lee Chan Chai...
he tought me to use pager then at evening he leave me to do some of his order...
luckily i can complete half of it haha...

anyway its a nice experience by doing all the work myself...

Buying a new leather shoes

well today genting msia treat all their staff a buffet from noon till nite...
so i with my roomate just went n eat till kau kau lat ha...
actually the food wasnt really nice but its free so just take lo...

then jus got to noe ting got her 5th in 5000m in sukma quite good ad for a newcomer like her...
then i went along with jun yik to gicc again for the branded sales...
be4 this i ad bought a camel active long pant...

i said to him i will control and wont buy anything de...
yet i cant do it...buying a evoke brand leather shoes...haiz...
hopefully this shoes ccan last long ba...

Lecturer coming

Early 9am,i was called by Associate Prof Baderul Hisham Ahmad that he ad reached car park...
then i quickly went met him n we chit chat at kfc here...
what a nice person he is...

around 15mins we chatting...
then i went back to workshop...
my another project coming...

this water tank seem not so complicated...hopefully...

1 day didnt online

Well y'day i been asked by Mr You kim seng to help him abit of his work...
it was in the engineering department...
then i met with Goh Too chew...

Now i noe who exactly is our Engineering manager...
quite friendly n humble the guy...
and most important i curious about why so late nite (around 9pm)...

he still come back for working inside office...
Mr You told me he is a really hardworking guy...
erm..i see...

Then today i been finish the Valley wing roof top water tank drawing...
quite happy about it...
anyway i thought that i m so inefficient as what mr Tee ask me what the meaning of this word...

coz i 'm using around 2,3days time to finish this plan...
go there come back few times..
something that shouldnt be happen for a good worker...

anyway i hope i get to learn from this mistake next time...

UTM Research University

well...y'day been known that UTM been confer as RU like the present other 4 Uni...
what a great news to all of us...
now we are on par with the other uni...

i hope that with this...UTM will strive to more success...
i myself will try my best to contribute to the sports development in here...
hopefully all going on well...

jus told mum about my news in paper n tv...
she so happy with it...
haha...everytime if theres such new...

mum will be the first one to know all this...
mum i love u so much!!!

My news in Malaymail

well...yesterday i been interviewed by a malaymail reporter...
and i'm so happy that my news been out...
anyway i just dun get the real paper...

as i cant get to klang valley...
haizzzz...

today work quite boring...
after all i get to measure the water tank measurement...
but evening just nothing to do...

next week i gonna submit my report ler...
yet i still havent finish yet...
gonna die very soon...

then i meet with UPNM guys include is Amirul n Kak Julie as well...
Quick Release organiser,Adele and Melody Tan been very supportive toward this...
n i felt really thought that they willing to sponsor my trip...

then come to the steph,mejar kalam n some reporter...
as well as powerbar representative Mr Jordan who so care about my outgoing...
we having very nice time there...

in the end it q&a function...
n i was interview my 1of the journalist frm Malay mail regarding this event...
then i was brought back by kak julie...thnks her alot...

Transffer to Theme Park

well...today i been asked by Mr Tee to go to Theme Park as to see the water tank there...
he said i need to measure all the angle and the measurement...
n i was introduced to Mr Azmie the supervisor in TP there,hes quite frenly...

then since the raining non stop...
no choice i follow kumar doing plumbing job...
kumar told me he n ravinthiran were classmate be4...

he oso been represented kedah state be4 in mssm cross country...
anyway till the end of that evening i cant get to the water tank since...
Enk Azmie back quite late at around 5pm...

Unexpected Ipoh starwalk 2010

i never expect to got in podium again after so many years...
n last sunday i did it!
cant help to describe my feeling again...

been long i didnt up to top3 placing since i was in junior category...
may be ipoh here is my lucky place...
so far i been always get gud results here...

thnks god anyway 4 all the thing i achieved...
as well chan n his family that so kind of letting me staying there 1 nite...
thanks uncle n aunt!

10km time with 1hr 1min 48secs wasnt a good time indeed...
anyway here the distance may be a bit far compare to penang de...
but the road just so flat n smooth make it easy to walk...

today been 2nd day i with resort engineering...
anyway i still think that casino de crew more frenly comepare to resort...
may be its in early condition ba...

brick training

y'day i been informed thru email that i was invited to attend malakoff MUDS press launch in bangsar...
i'm thinking whther to go or not...
anyway i make up my mind to attend it n inform adele already...

today i having a chat with Mr Rocky,quite nice the person as well...
then finish my work n i went to my training...
its brick training that i wan to do...

anyway starwalk in closing but i still havent do any walking training...
haiz...
then i cycle around 7km then quickly saw a person stop his treadmill then i resume back n run for 2.5k...
wow,damp tired...

then i continue to walk around 1km as 4 my starwalk training...
so less of walking training...
i didnt expect to do well in this tournament...

anyway its been nice to do brick work again...

Back to work

After a 5days rest frm working,i'm back to casino building...
every1 seem like strange to me,haha...
anyway i just follow koh for his plumbing work...

actually today not many order so evening rest quite a long time in holywood canteen ha...
the around 4.45pm i went to Exec Alex Lau room to seek his permission...
its about my department changing...

anyway he told me cant make the decision n ask for Rocky tomorrow...
then he gave me quite alot of advice regarding my future in here...
a suggestion is ask me more focus in water sectment...

especially water catchment that will be really a demand for future in here...
so my task is to complete myself to be more knowledgeable in this field after back uni...

5days tiredness

Friday,Chan coming all the way from Ipoh to Genting...
Brought him to walk along n my hostel...
then 3pm is our bus to jb...

damp it!this bus brought us went buy all sort of local food...
some more so slow...
just remember try not to buy 707 bus again...

Reached JB around 9pm+ Lim kor fetch us...thanks him...
back to L14,Sundown vest nice!really!
sleep ler...tomorrow(saturday)nid wake up early...

then we went to Lim kor FKA office to search map,printed out...
luckily my air asia can check in by web 48hours be4!...
this help me alot ler...

as usual cross over causeway,always jam frm msia to spore kastam...
spore more jam coz of the strict procedure...
reached changi village(last year starting point)at around 3pm quite early...

then got to search for starting point at changi exhibition centre...
then park car at car park 5 for convenienet after our race...
sleep a while...

7.30am...start ler...initially Chan at my back...
anyhow he just slowly dissapear...
follow that ang mo nang until 5km mark...

cross by indian guy,me 3rd nw...
finish in time 39min...anyway today i c d website 38.53 ok la...
55 went along with Lim kor n Chan as we need to run 5km+ to car park 5...

so lucky a smrt bus coming!
we just went up...
thnks god n ah ma!...

lucky i got in time reach changi air port...
wow!so big d air port!...
reach serdang 1am...

ah ma...i finally come ler!...
ah ma u must rest in peace...
ah ma u must take care...i oso will...
