towerthon this time i was planning to join team event...
somemore they mention min 3 person were enuff...
yet they cancel again this time...
frankly speaking my training of this race was real anuff...
imagine my staircase training just once to twice /weekly...
compare to my during uni time far lesser alot...
no choice ,what i hope is try doing under sub 16min...
wong at the race day was hoping to dip under 15min or around it...
anyway with his determination i believe he can do so...
we r at the same starting point of 2nd batch...
for the 1st km up hill i was trailing at 2nd or 3rd place...
then after half past the staircase wong was chasing up to me...
eventually finished >10secs front of me...
his time was good enuff to break my personal record...
while i still loitering around at 15.50 there...haiz...
the race day evening was 10 race...
and she finished at 19th...
was proud of the performance of this lazy gal...
she said that nxt time dont wan join again lo...
nvmd as 1 day i was around with her...hehe...
then that night we direct back to temerloh...
anyway half way we visited bentong town...
and ate some famous hawker stall food there...
fun run was always my dissapointed race...
this year no exception as well..
thought joined junior 5k will be better chance...
turn out to be my failure...
while yong han n 10 finished within top10 position...
both of them did well to get some$...hehe...
after this race i really have to brush up my 5k speed really like suck...
then i have to rush back to work...
reaching at around 2pm...
fuh...work 3more hour then come down again...
well ekiden this time wasnt really a smooth team ride...
2person last min call off...
anyway we still manage to get into podium...
kinda unusual for me to be 1st runner...
but have to s-(...
1st 500m i was in some kind 5th or 6th position...
lucky i gt d final strength to chase back to 3rd before passed to ong chin...
saw yong han back at 3rd placing was very happy about it...
chan was actually the 1 who temn us from early morning till the finishing...
then we decided to go sekinchan to jalan jalan cari makan...
6 of us in the mpv ngam ngam hou...
went to the kuala selangor ate the seafood 1st...
then to sekinchan the paddy field kingdom...
the fun packed of sea...paddy field...were not finished till there...
at night we come back hill peak...
like chan said down sea up hill...
kinda different style of ride we are doing the whole day...
