Chicken,Shape and BHP Run

chicken run is a race which i waited so long...
be4 i entered uni i ad wanna join this race...
yet due to diff kind of circumstances...

i had to postpone my initial plan of joining this special run...
but not this year anymore...
today also got mcd run...

i noe that alot of strong runner will target mcd...
but my thinking still lag behind...
arul geng still coming for this race...

no choice...
my speed still not up their mark yet...
really really have to buck up...

as what i can guess out...
top 3 were these 3 brothers...
anyway a consolation was 10 got her podium of 3rd placing...

i noe that shes nw not far behind indra...
will slowly shape her up...
when i saw she came in 3rd felt really happy 4 her...

felt relieved as well...
then prizing ceremony and taken prizes...
not bad of the hamper given and some vouchers...

n we went to chaus hse thn midvalley...
follow by desa water park...
today so many ppl...

think is the reason of this 6k turnout participants of this race ba...
having fun btw 3 of us...
not bad the area...but quite alot of malay...also abit dirty i mean in toilet area...

shape run joined with 10 also...
i finished my work around 4pm direct came down to putrajaya here...
when we reached was around 6pm+ quite early i can say...

then we have some rest/snack in car be4 turn up at around 7.15+...
checking around all booths with 10 as well other challenger...
thinking 10 gt chance to get in top10...

anyway thing wasnt always goes as what we think...
as for mine,i saw some top runners...
know that to get in top3 just out ad...

performance was below par again...
trying to run along with rama failed...
casey failed...ong chin failed...

even aziz also failed...
wtf i'm doing tonite???
at the end of final 2km was run alone...

time was just out of my thinking...
somemore critic by casey saying my training got problem...
walao eh beh tahan n beh syiok leh...

but i have to rethink about whats wrong with me in these few races...
how come now let him sapu me so much...
something wrong...

keep on analyse...analyse...
then come 10...
very unlucky shes out of top 10...

then colecting goodies...
very heavy n very much hehe...
worth of rm50 u paid for than d fxxxing scklm...

i'm thinking if u r d top5 winner of d scklm then worth la of what u paid for...
if not u got 6th n above after u back they gave u 1 banana n 100plus...
what for???

ask u 'yak jiu' ah...
some more so many ppl join...so many sponsor as shape run here...
thinking nt to join the race anymore nxt year...

compare to pg marathon,this sc just very kiam siap!
so shape run even u didnt get in prize podium...
its still very much worth of u paid for!...

prizes i 1st time gt...
last year din joined saw ppl top 10 results very sakit hati...
this year no sakit anymore hehe...

last 2 year joined but out of top 10...
prizes damn many...
helped by 10 only then can pindah balik...

behind car also very messy...if gt 1 more ppl duno want put him whr hehe...

nxt morning bhp...

i dun really think i can go further since having blister...
noe alot of strong guy out thr...
just try my best to finish it...

saw some ppl frm shape top10 fler...
they also not in good shape...
may be they pia too much d ba...ha...

anyway was cathing up by d pia team captain...
walao eh i'm so slow geh meh...
duno when was last time he catched up with me...

somemore can potong me...
aiyaya malu leh...
keep moving on with blister n stomach pain...

gt some good feeling at last 3km...
so just push a bit n get to potong him...
anyway in last 2km also gt potong 2,3flers...

wasnt good 2 finish top15...
chau was to far infront...
thought he gt prizes...

anyway he n amirul also din get anything...
then we went back n to the taman near 1U...
gt some kind of dog competition...

all kind of doggie can be seen here...
thn went to redeem  d sketcher shoes...
wanna get blue 1 anyway no size d...

then went to kelana jaya transview...
also didnt gt thing i want out of stock d...haiz...
then last destination was time square...

be4 come back to hill top here again...

Kajang Jogathon,SCKLM,Pg Hill Climb

Quite a long time didnt blogging...
either are busying with work or went to join the races out thr...
almost all the weekend been filled with races...

even till get 'scolded'by 10 mum :(...
think should join lesser races d...
correct also due to my bad results out thr...

really no easy to catch up with top guys out thr...
everytime wanna join races have to think thrice...
current those top fler in men open just too much and hardly expect whos joining...

even so,i have to prepare to face them...
initially joining starwalk...
due to my lack of training decided last min to join this kajang last min race also...

also come in aruls fler and lili...
my speed wasnt that good just following with lili...
anyway till last 2k wasnt in good shape...

5th wanst a nice placing only got some rm100 reebok voucher...
10 also same...
then went with moey family to mv to buy sports good offered from voucher...

10 bought 2 reebok t shirt,i am taking a quarter pant...
then we rush to register for chicken which i really aim for in these few year...
back to genting ad around nite time as we also met with 10family whos come for shopping here...

This year SCKLM i thought of finishing in top5...
yet the truth is i still far behind elite guy :(...
for the 1st 5km my speed was ok...

then come to 2nd half totally out...
just dunno y...
mentally also drop...

even caught by casey...
very geram...
no choice...

at the end 100m overtook by chau...also geram but glad for him ha...
then met with some fren,kavin is 1 of them whos i have known many years...
since form 2 we ad is fren/racers in our bukit mertajam district...

we represent district n state together till form 6...
miss those time...
10 came back too...she told me got 55min...

which i thought not bad d...hehe
then she told me the story of her journey...
i knew she still got ample of space to improve...

we didnt wait long then went to subway ate along with chau...
then we shopped a while n back to genting...
the day pass so fast...

after came back i ad knew that where exactly my problem is...
you have to really analyse whats wrong every race u join...
compare with my kotr running condition...this time really bad...

without looking back at what happened in scklm...
i came back continue training for pg hill climb...
in fact my training for this race wasnt perfect enuff as compare previous year...

10 have trained some with me as well...
the race day actually got alot of other races...
yet i chose it coz i never miss it every year...

i remember i miss it once since form 2 i joined till now...
prizes i got never out of top3...
but thing will always come as u wish...

thinking this year my bright chance to win it this year...
but not anymore...:(
at the starting line ad saw au yong...

i knew it wasnt that easy to shoot pass him...
same as my expectation...
the first 2.5km flat road he ran very fast...

and i was catching up with him...
anyway theres still some gap...
then come to the hill still can see him...

but thru half way hes getting faded...
to my surprise this year i ran all d way up...
only once i stop for around 50m walk fast...the rest just keep on running but in slow pace...

thinking of getting inside 46min for my pb ad this time...
yet results is not what i expect for...
n getting slower thn last year...how come???

i thought last year i didnt really all d way run up...
and my flat road speed also not that fast...
after discuss with au yong whos also time at 48min rather than his last year 45min...

our flat road speed is the culprit...

10 to my surprise got her maiden 2nd placing as well...

very happy for her...
since she keep on claiming very hard to climb up n during training...
yet i m very glad she did it...

overall its a nice outing...mum waiting anxiously down hill...
then we went ate famous air itam laksa,keow tiao thng...
went to burma road bought some cookies for 10 fren...

our journey to pg this time also very fast pass by...
getting nite time 10pm bus...
quite fast to reach genting at 3am...

the euro score ad 2-0 to spain...

then zzzzzzzz...
