i knew that to come back 2 back 10k champ will be quite impossible...
hence just tangan gatal go choose 16.8...
haiz...it turned out to be a star studded race...
even be4 d race ad can count i out of top 10 d...
no choice just race ba...
through out the race my pace wasnt that quick...
yet i just hope to maintain it...
actually i can c that my pace is within those few fler...
only my current finishing weakness really have to buck up...
within the 8-10km i still enjoying kinda 10-12th position...
problem came in the last 2km...
quite disappointed with that last distance...
just manage to hang on...
then i saw 10...
i thought shes doing quite well...
anyway at the time i finished...
i saw 1 strong woman veteran fler gt her 7th position...
then 1 by 1 came in...
10 just managed to get 14th...
its a good experience for her...
chau gt his final 10th position...
though this time kotr end up empty handed...
yet i n 10 can be satisfied with current performance...
i managed to over-cross 2 strong fler who normally i lost recently...
while 10 also managed to beat her long time rival this time hehe...
overall there still much to do if i wan2 catch up with current strong fler out thr...really nt easy to achieve since training oneself as said by casey compare to them having group training...
