mainly due to the concern of the election...
some how the running event are flowing in every week...
After rest for such a long period...
its time to get back to the running scene...
i actually quite confused of choosing which is the best event to join...
at last i decided to join deuter run which at the same day also have quite a few nos of other race...
initially thought there wont be any strong guy...
to my dismay ad saw few strong fler before the start line...
The race was held at Putrajaya Challenge Park...
i was first time there so as 10...
Through out the race was mostly up down jungle hill run...
which also consider my favourite last time...
i was lonely for the whole route..
finished in 5th ngam ngam up to the podium...
while 10 took her maiden champion in woman category...
i was very happy for her...
prizes were not bad with the deuter bags...
then she was interviewed by the NST reporter...
quite nervous i can saw her ha...
anyway its been really a nice journey for us to come all the way here...
Hypertension run at Setia Eco park was another surprise entry for us...
its was 10 colleague who as whether we gt interest to join or not...
then i look at the entry fees which was quite cheap then only feel wanna join ha...
Shah Alam,Setia Alam is a very scenery environment to stay in...
A harmonious living in a green surrounding i would like it to be described...
Arrived early morning then went for the Puma Challenge nearby...
Its wasnt our day as both of us cant get to beat the top contender...
then we rush to the eco park for the run...
5km route for the race...
very easy by running along the eco garden...
anyway in front of me was jothpal...
quite fast hes pushing...
in the end i lost to him...
yet 10 landed her 2nd champ of the year...
shes improving...
very happy for her...
prizes offered are not bad with the watch for the champ and top 3 have hampers...
then we went to jalan2 n makan2 at setia eco mall...
i saw from newspaper saying its a very environment friendly mall...
having lunch before we went to 10s colleague house to stay overnight for towerthon...
This year towerthon is a very quiet for kakithoner...
apart from me and black joined...
i wasnt really target much at it...
anyway still have some confident of it since joined it for many years...
yet the time i achieved was the worst in all the years...but i was quite satisfied with my performance since there so many many blockage along the staircase...
i was in the 4th group to start though i register very early...
finished in 16min 17secs with the 19th...
i cant complain too much of it...
the challenge were very strong with >10 kenyan come in...
then come 10 category...
pity her have to wait for 2 hours before the race...
and she did quite well just 1 place adrift from 10th place...
very proud of her performance...
then we go back and meet up with her parent shopping...
overall i was quite satisfied with these few races outcome...
