today went with jiha and black...

around 50km go and back utm...
the view?almost like putrajaya...
very less car...

is a very ideal place to cycle,run even organize triathlon...
i'm going to arrange kakithoner for a training here soon...
wearing my zoot tri fit frm spore i bought...

nice! is what i can describe...
cycle all d way and run abit...
no sweat no kacau...

Better now

after so long of 20days+ now i only feel 70% better...
the rest 30% still need some time...
yet my time is running so fast...

1 more week is Genting trialblazer...
i have been wanted to join the event since long...
but coz of it expensive fees,i not dare do so...

life in uni is such a great moment whereby u can do anything u feel u like...
i know that after i grad i wont have such chances again...

damn bad luck at Thursday...

yet my foot was too fast to handle the ball and i shoot used my leg's thumb...
wow...so pain...
i cant sustain and the blood flow out all over my foot...

this is i really cant even walk...

Its Thursday at 16th sept 2010...
and i decided to go to KL to take my desktop/workstation...
i went along with my roomate teck meng...

early 8am bus use us around 3 and half hour to reach Bkt Jalil...
then we reach Wangsa Maju lrt station...
meng said there got a nice pan mian restaurant...

just went in a have a taste lo...
no bad...quite alot of variety of the soup taste...
only thing that not good enough is it less"material" inside it...

we quickly went to Taman melati to my fren sis house to take d pc...
walao eh...dam heavy d cpu...
no choice have to transfer to chau house...

after all core zone been my another destination...

answer is nothing...

last we have our nite meal in mid valley subway...before taking off at 9pm...
reach utm already 12.30am lo...
