Pj Dawn 2012

must thanks Aunt/uncle moey 4 collecting bib for us...
a race that i had registered very early,as early january...
but i didnt get much hope to it due to the prizes offered...

anyway to my surprise the real contender wasnt what i think of...
but i still need to race with few top runner out there...
my starting was good...

anyway after 7km,the day not belong to me just come in...
very hard to resist is what i can say though i m running at my optimum speed...
the singh fler just come in to catch me up...

hes very fast...
not easy for a guy to reach till such condition in just 1 year time...
i can forseen that alot of hard effort been pumped in...

then to the finishing...
hes getting faster and my hope of even to follow him getting faded...
finished in 4th which out of my podium top3 hope...

though i m kinda satisfied with my performance...
but compare to the top3 fler...
i m still way behind them...

really have to extra work on this after this...
wong having bad luck finished in 6th though he had done muds at sat morning...
uncle got his podium again and congratz to him...

first time drive to kelana jaya stadium...
actually enjoying the process...
along with 10...

talk about little bit of my opinion regarding this year muds...

though i not going to join any of it this year...
yet i still following the progress of kakithoner...
very happy for wong to be finished at 5th placing...

though i think that with chau peak condition to get in top3 shouldnt be any problem for him...
congratz to jiha as well...
anyway in my heart to be able to match upnm is still very far journey to go...

1st you have to be in a team condition...
2nd you have to know more knowledge about cycling and cycle enough!
3rd good at all round...

if you can fullfill all these 3 your journey is almost perfect...
anyway looking back at my previous condition...
1st and 2nd condition i ad not fulfilling...

3rd lil bit i can say...
so how exactly to be the champion out thr...
i also dunno...

but 1 thing i know is that i always try my best in races i join...
i knew that every time they will play all kind of strategic to slow me down...
so that their leader can get to lead further...

really no easy to'chase'away those 'carry fair'
in fact i m hoping wong n chau can do something...
yet they still not up to the mark...

sometime i just dont like to talk as much like others...
as long we always try our best then will be our best bet out thr...
but i love about kakithon...

its a family to me...
enjoy being with them...
so hopefully 1 day kakithon will get to be the best out thr...

Pg Round Houses Relay and Energizer Race

for the 2 consecutive weeks i joined races...
1 is in pg another is in sepang circuit...
its actually the 1st time i reached sepang...

pg got 2 prestige relay u must join each year...
mid year is round houses year end is round island...
round island i joined almost every year...

but round houses i missed it many years due to study at jb that time...
but not this year anymore...
alex called me ask me join bm leopard...

i agreed...
infact in pg theres some other running club...
example:old&young,o2 hiking club,forward,plbs...

but till today i stay put with bm leopard which i think till today not regret about it...
the most important reason is that i dont like to run just coz of the $ that pour in...
other team did using such strategic to lure the best runners...

but not for bm leopard...
i like alex style that never using such tactic...
some more our team can be considered 1 malaysia team...

thinking back when i joined this team was almost >5years agos...
and all the member inside this team is very frenly though i seldom join them training...
anyway like kakithon,the team nowaday also having difficulty finding young generation...

especially chinese teenager...
last time i always being the youngest in this apek team...
but not this time anymore...

andrew the rising youngster is 1 of the youngest...
i thinking with proper training and coaching...
he can be 1 of the top gun in pg here...

well...switch back to the race...
i wasnt really expect to be 2nd runner of the 8men relay...
anyway in a team i never question captain decision...

i just try my best to complete the race in best time i could...
1st runner always being batharaj...
also 1 of my penang state top runner...

anyway he dont really up to his usual performance at that day...
the baton when he passed to be alrd in 5 or 6th placing....
if not mistake i over took 2 fler...

finishing in 8.30 of this 2.4km course wasnt really a fast pace...
as alex told me his pb 8.24 till today no 1 beat it in our team..ha...
eventually our team finished 5th which a blown from our expected 4th placing....

1 of the member run at terrible 11min...
anyway i dont feel must dismay about all this since its a team event...
after race alex told me to get some fler for round island and i agreed...

hopefully there will be some kakithoners come up here to help out our team...
lets look at energizer race...
must really thaks han for taking us to sepang there...

also with ah wong,10...
i dont really target anything of this race...
just wanna try my best for this 15.5km course since i not familiar with the surrounding....

the pre race condition is almost like in singapore sundown....
ample of spaces...
started at 8.20pm for 15.5km...

as i ran into front pack i realize that only 4flers can be my real contender...
our front pack together with rama,casey stick together till going outside the circuit course...
then most of the time i ran alone by looking the white vest fler almost 50m front of me...

i thought hes either prabakaran or rama...
then come casey...damn fast he was...
i thought that hes injury must be almost recover since the last time i compete with him was different case...

up hill i lost to him,down hill equal and flat area i won...
so even till the last 4km he still stick with me...
not to mention another malay fler aziz....

hes fast as well...
and he overtook me to the 4th placing....
then i noe just to maintain this 5th placing....

anyway my pace become slowed down at last 1.5km which appear to be suffered for me...
think must be my low mileage training the causes...
no choice i just ran as fast i can think is dropping from normal 15.5km/h to 12.5km/h rate...ha

then at the finishing i trying to catch up with casey but just out of energy with 2secs behind him...
then i saw 10 and wong thr...
wong said very kan cheong coz not seeing me back...ha

thanks to both of them support...
in just few mins i saw han came back d...
wow...i thought not bad that he just behind me few mins...

hes improved alot...
some more told me he beat sheela...haha...kudos to him...
then 4 of us keep taking photos...

chit chatting also saw 1 of my utm fren...hes being ghost runner...
taken prizes and we rush back to kepong as wong need to prepare for warisan run...
overall i quite satisfied with enr performace just only some weakness need to repair...

thinking if i just can maintain such pace to be in top contender of half mara should be any problem...
10 got her 2nd place in women fun run though no placing prizes is awarded...
but much of improvement need to be done to this lazy gal...hehe

anyway thanks her support...
i will always support her geh no matter what happen...;-)

Pg malakoff run 2012

A run which i looking forward of...
not because of how prestige it is...
but because i been out of race for quite a few period...

leg really gatal d...
anyway outcome just wasnt what i want for...
really damn it...

the day before race went with 10 to collect the bib...
saw d startlist...
1 kenyan and another 2 top local fler...

so estimated can finish within top5...
then come to the sunday morning at start line...
suddenly heart some ppl said that there is 4 kenyan here...

haiz...this time gone case again liao...
so i dun put much hope in it...
just run as usual for this 17km...

i wasnt really train for this much distance for my training...
even the longest during training just been around 12km...
for the first 3km i was well within the fist pack which was lead by ow yong...

i knew that very hard to catch up with him...
then come in the 4kenyan easily sapu me...
i still have 2 more fler up front of me...

anyway those guy are fading away frm me very fast...
not even reach 5km mark,i ad run alone...
and all d way till finishing just gu ling ling to run like that...

dun even know how fast i should go for as i knew that top5 placing no more within my sight...
anyway the most frustration is that i suffered heat up down my feet due to the new sock i used...
mizuno ah mizuno...

i think i wont use u again in my near future race...
all d while i am using the powerbar sock which appear to be best 1 atleast for me...
just because of this heat up i have to change my running style from 5km to the finishing...

really suffering...
and i can sense my speed become slower after since...
well to the finishing of the time of 1hr6min and 20secs+ for this 17km sharp i can said...

is wasnt a bad result either...
if not of the thing i suffered...
within 1hr5mins shouldnt be an obstacle...

mum n dad waiting anciously so as 10...
really thanks for their support...
but a bit of disspointed not to get inside top5...

d problem of kenyan joining every race which including with cash voucher seem to be more and more...

as i checked out today newspaper...
those top runner are getting frust with all these...
aiya...no choice lo...

for me i dont really want to comment about it...
i just hope to try my best to squeeze inside to group as soon possible...
also hope that the utm guys can get into it too...

Mens Health Urbanathlon 2012

A race that i was looking for...
and its the most expensive race i ever joined...
this fees can get me to buy a racer shoes ad...

anyway the return i got back just 2,3times less than what i paid...
anyway i went to spore can get to meet my uni frens as well...
so can considered 1 stone 2 birds lol...

with 10 went to tbs at fri...
then we stay at fren hostel in utm...
thanks chau,uncle and ting for all the help that poured in...

then next day,sat went with ting as well as she wanted to find her relative...
it wasnt a good afternoon as spore there keep raining...
waited for y.wei till around 3pm+ whr he finished his work...

then he brough us to the famous soup restaurant...
kinda diff taste of healthy soup...
were thinking that whether we can open this kind of soup restaurant in msia with 10...

but we also think that not all msian can eat these kind of weird soup...ha...
then we went to city hall n suntec city mall...
this whr i met another fren,ming...

he seem very tired...
most probably of his hard work in spore here...
quite kesian him...

working in spore is almost like you sell ur body to this country...
most of your time is in between working eat and sleep...
even sometime sunday you have to work like ming,but just standby with allowance sgd60...

not bad what...
but your precious time to relax your soul can be gone just like that...
but i m very envy with their high salary paid...

normally if you spend wisely...
each month you can save around rm3.5k-4k...
which mean 1 year you can get >50k...

this is all in my civil field...
sometime i really wanna have a go to there...
anyway i also think about my current situation...

a secure job that can lead me to race in spore here...hehe...
i keep asking those spore rich guy to come up genting here...
but till to date...no one...haiz...

kinda dissapointed...
then at nite we stay at tanah merah,south bedok...
also closeby to 10 dad area...

there we met with john,jing ling and hong...
as for those work as consultant they actually have more free time of 5days work...
salary same with site...

next morning the race started at nicoll highway...
we travel thru mrt and the starting point exactly beside the mrt station,convenience...
the race started at 7.30am...

sporean are very enthusiasm of this kind of race...
some even dun wear top to race...
like usual chan asked me to go front so as can get to capture his best moment of the race...ha...

actaully we stand at the starting point for around half an hour...
all fler kinda kiasu...
what to do...just followed lol...

ya forgot got 2 famous fler came in to join as well...
the blade runner and 1 arm runner...

chan said last year they not allow to join...
then race started quite fast the pace going...
i ad sense that i ad out of top5...

and some guys keep catching me after 2km...
fuh...
my initial target almost gone d...

then saw mark william came in...
quite behind he started...
the route we ran is all street route...

it can be very confusing if theres is no enough volounteers...
but the organizer did well in that area...
all the obstacle that i went thru wasnt really tough...

and i smoothly finished the race...
only thing is my speed still lacking and strength still ok la...
and i hope to finished within 1 hour of this 14k race is gone as well...

finish in 1hour flat + few secs...haiz...
kinda disspointed...but what to do...
only can blame myself lol...

then walk around to join those sponsor booth event with 10...
got beer as well...
saw shahrom came in also...

he will join the spore duathlon race next week...
then at around 11am we left for suntec again as to print out my boarding at ming office...
having lunch at suntec be4 said bye bye to ming n chan...

really thanks them alot...
we depart at 3pm jb bus...
reach genting at nite around 8pm+

actually i got promise 10 as to buy a smartphones if i got inside top5...
but in the end i cant get it...
sorry for it leh dear2...

dun worry i will train hard for nxt race to fulfill ur dream hehe...

Finishing my new year

for the 1st time i was celebrated my cny without mum...
with her abroad now,i can only hope that everything goes well for her...
its been one of my dream as to bring both my parent to travel abroad...

anyway this new year i'm quite busy as well...
2 gathering in a row of my primary and secondary school mate...
its been wonderful to get to back to see them again after so long...

i have to say most of them been stay back at my hometown,Penang...
some went to KL...
only me in genting,while another 1 in Spore...

the case totally with my uni mate who almost 90% of them went to spore!...
been very happy that can go to visit 10 family and eat with them...
then 10 follow me back of which bring her eat all those delicious food again...ha...

then last weekend went back to UTM for this year...
been accompanied by 10 as well...
and bring her run along utm area...

along with us is lim kor and jenne...
both are doing great as well and thanks them so much of arranging all the accomo n transport...
its been 1 good chance for me to go there as i can get to consult lim kor as my perfect role model...

after all i now getting more confidence of my current job being...
sometime i tend to confuse whether i should choose this route or not...
since my route seem to be more easy than other fler...

sometime i get to jealous with other whereby you can see some of them are taking big project...
seem like being a proud icon of themselve...
anyway i get to realize mine also not bad as well...

yesterday just back from pg...
friends wedding...
so fast they getting married...

fuh...

Mizuno Wave me OUT run 2012

A run that i put quite high expectation in it...
actually i cant say that i get to be in 100% condition...
but atleast those 85% is good enough for helping me in the race...

never expect those kenyan fler will come...
some more gt around 6 fler...
well...+some of our msian top runners...

as well as the seagame jironi...
my chances of getting top 10 is as well as gone...
anyway i didnt give up juts try my best n luck...

who noes i can get into it...
anyway through out the whole race...
i was running along with yip n the tall singh...

i knew that both of them capable of beating me...
some more yip hill running is very strong...
anyway to the final 2km,the singh fler actually getting faster...

i wasnt in a good shape for final kick n his determination is very strong...
no choice,to the final climb i was beaten...
some more our former runner ganeson was catching me from behind...

by finishing the line i didnt get the position tag and sa jasni wearing the no10 tag...
haiz...wasted my rm60 for this race...
some more my travelling fee...

though this race i wasnt in a bad shape or good shape...
but the time of 38min+i ran wasnt a bad 1 considered the hill there...
but theres down hill as well...

must thanks aunt and yong han for helping me so much...
may be i should reshape and reorganize my training yet again...

Maxis value plus 50 internet

Initially wan 2 use my lousy 3g phone to update here...
anyway failed to do so since i find no place of typing the words...
this is the 1st month i use this maxis plan...

i thought that was given 250mb data plan which is quite a gud plan for me...
esp for those who seldom on9 or just on9 in couple of min everyday...
then i actually get to check fb homepage almost everyday...

though just see those update stories...
but it had given me kinda of feeling why some of those ppl keep sharing in fb...
almost everyday they will share atleast 5post above...

i dunno whether they want those kind of glamourous or feel lonely or wan ppl to "like","comment"more about their sharing...
luckily in kakithon team i dun to see those kind of so "free"ppl in fb...
even 1 of our team membe dun have his fb till now...ha...

its been quite "long"that i didnt join races out there...
mainly due to my important casino project here...
i cant really take off day as i like before...

now i can sense that next time whn i got the chance of getting higher position...
i will be more busy than now ever...
anyway i'm happy with the current kakithoner progress as told by wong...

hopefully they grab this valuable opportunity of the stadium...
its actually the best place of getting urself to another high level...
just now just went to awana run in gold course...

its was amazing...
i'm thinking that next time i will take more time train here ad...hehe...
air here was fresh enough...

no ppl along this golf route...
its simply a nice place to enjoy for...
either u want a brisk walk or some hill running...
