Disappointed

disappointed...
at 1st i hope to advance to 2nd round or final round at d event...
yet i and han failed to achieve it...

what to do...
only have ourselve to be blamed of...
coz in both push up and sit up we cant get to achieve over 40 counts...

before the game i ad expected that we should achieve this lvl only can go through the qualifying round...
what can i say...
anyway i hope to learn from this after all...

its a good lesson for me and han...
we will try our best next time...
perhaps not in kl...

after that went for body check...
showing that my body less fat percentage...
walau..lim peh de body not bad leh...

k la..next time i eat more pig fat...
but i need a runners body as well...
anyway i love the most still is a triathlete body...hehe...

Feeling blessed

12nd june i joined penang komtar run...
with wong...
finished in 8th position...

ahead of ah beng who beat me at towerthon 30secs...
wong 1 min behind...
quite satisfied with my results...

anyway out of my initial target top 5 ...
abit dissappointed...
then back to genting at that nite...

yesterday nite i was invited by willy wong to his niece party...
kinda life buffet party...got some lok lok and satay...
then u noe la...site worker no beer sure kenot de...

aiyah...initially i sit with logi n ravin anyway...
after around half an hour was called by my senior ong...
to sit with those big guy...

fuh...no choice...since i m freshman need to pei them...hehe...
first i cheer with my department boss Mr CSY...
then my senior as well Mr F...

then Ong bring me to the department mechanic senior...
all around 3 of them...
by that time i ad finished >5 glasses of tiger...

abit partially drunk ad...
first time i being like that...
anyway i still can control my mind...

then suddenly i walk outside to car park...
and i saw boss was beside a car...
then we start to chat...

alot of thing been told by him...
and i get to understand the whole situation...
hes been so great to do all these a while...

which actually to make a nice career ahead of me...
must really thanks him...
his expectation toward me is high...

and i promise wont give up easily and will continue of what he told me...
i noe that its not easy to get to that place...
but with his help my work been halve completed...

now i cant say that decision to work here is the best...
but atleast i can be sure of myself what i m doing is the best out there as compare to my other fren...
compare to spore fren?...

no doubt i still think my advantage over here not losing any of them...

i must say that this is my major as well my kakithon teamate major achievement of the year...
actually be4 the race we all didnt really expect to win it hehe...
anyway with all the strength and confidence we fight until the last gasp...

and thanks god we manage to topple the race favourite indian team...
we got 49laps as compare to them 48laps...
all the members trying so hard to lift our position...

really thanks them alot as well as zaheen brothers,thaqif and ther family members support...
so as Moey family moral support...
the fact i wasnt in my best condition as well as chau and wong...

got worried me little bit...
anyway i knew that they are mature enough to tackle all those thing...
talking little bit about my work in genting highland...

i ad work for 3 days...
the good thing is i can enjoy whatever provided up there..
such as free meal,swimming pool,gym,pub,sing k ,and many more...

the bad 1 is my work require me to work at saturday and sunday...
so beh ho sey lo...
i gonna miss a lot of running event this year...

anyway i have no choice...
being freshman i must tahan...
then only i can get to achieve what i want...

hopefully everything going smooth and fine...

Weekend trip in Purajaya

Friday nite i reached yong han hostel...
we had nice chit chat till midnite...
next day morning we trio include ting going Putrajaya for the 5km fun run...

it offer cash till top 10...
looking at the starting line up...
hopeless...

so sia suey...
for the 1st time in a race lost to 4 women...
jiak sai liao la...

nvmd i leave it coz my focus in the next day which is sunday Ekiden Run...
finished my 5.5k in 21min+wasnt a gud time...
then sunday morning...

i went along with Jasni's motorbike to wait near Tasik Titiwangsa...
now i realise the so call titiwangsa training ground of Venugopal and Shahrudin...
then we both weent along with Amelia Police waja hehe...

first time chit chat with her...
quite nice hehe...
being 2 nd runner in Jasni team...

yo...so lousy again...
in the end when i pass my 'baton'to Murali...
i am head to head with UPNM Blackie...

so diao...my running speed getting worst???
nvmd now i having cofident to bounce back...
very soon...

Casey finished strongly to get us in 1st...
nice placque and medal...
and we won 1 malaysia team as well...T-shirt nia...

chat a little bit with Ong Chin who is our team 4th runner...
very nice person and encourage me a lot...
he said as long i "jian chi"then i will get gud results 1 day...I WILL...Thanks bro...

back to penang already 6.30pm...
need to prepare to my new working ground in 2 days time...
hope everything going smooth and fine...

GOP(Global Outreach Programme)very headache programme...
if everything smooth 4 u then its nice...
coz u enjoy the rm1k given by Uni...

if got problem...
u gonna settle it...
question is the problem is connected with big $...

not 100,200 thing...
now i m in big trouble...
spend or paid so much for the trip to Perth...

now all gone in smoke...
suppose the guy saying to pay me back all
or refund...

before he going gop...
now after coming back...
he say will pay partially....

now saying the air ticket been burn...
and will pay me half only...
waseh...ho sey liao...

half my $ gone...
anyway he says will try to cover the $ using his own $...
by law we should noe that before u buy d air ticket to those country that need visa...

u have to get visa approval first...
question is he doing the contrast way...
good lo..now problem coming out...

just hope he can pay or refund the $ asap...

Flash back

at around 9am i type something in FB kakithon page...
then i think of Black so sms him whether free today...
change to tmrw morning...

then i sms enk idris saying evening ok...
and finally i call lim kor...
i noe he said today going to some where got programme...

then i ask him whether still around...
sadly he off d...
and i through the phone chat with him a while...

at 9.40am if i not mistake...
i just cant control...
it keeps flowing out...

when i think of kakithon word...
i just cant sustain d tear...
never be4 i be like this...

i wonder lim kor felt it when in our conversation...
deep inside my heart hes one of my very important person in my life...
dunno y...now i typing its still keep flowing...

without him i m nowhere...
i learned a lot from him in these 4 years...
those things are something u cant get it by money value...

y d time going off so fast...
i hope to stay in here some more moment...

though i seem to be so strict when coming in our training...

KL towerthon and Bomba Run

well these 2 races been stick together in 2 days time...
towerthon is at night while bomba run at next morning...
this year towerthon initially i prepare well...

anyway till the month of april...
my race schedule all been gone and not plan as what i need to go through...
y i saying so...

as i really need to focus in my fyp...
any how my troublesome leg problem occur back again...
so suey!...

hence i wasnt really run at all for the whole month...
in fact i train the staircase for once or twice nia in april...
really bad...no running as well...

wong been train really hard toward this events...
congratz him for getting an improved results and faster than me 1 sec haha...
anyway after getting through this year timing,i am so frustrated for not training ...

if i put little extra in my training,i m confident of going further...wth...
nevermind ler..
some hoe lim also feel dissapointed due to his hard work of training all burst...

all because of his strategic not welly planned...
loh got 16th if no mistake not bad for the first timer...
the next day is bomba after we slept at yong han hostel at 2.30am hehe...

well this event i dont put any hope inside since its a grand major event for those indian guys...
finished in 22th,4km/min pace wasnt fast but looking at my current condition...
not bad la...

wong was so frust for not being able to chase against me hehe...
hopefully he get to learn race by race...
loh not bad as well in top 20...

think that this will be my last time of going the race as a UTM students...
i just print out all my thesis this morning...
black and white and color pages all cost me rm98...for 3 books...

thesis been one of my headache part after my final exam...
any how now i can say i am FREE...
4 years in University time been past so so fast...

gonna be a little bit of reluctant of leaving this place been so nice...
anyway life still have be go on...
