think may be more than 1 year of it...
this year been so many races compare to previous years...
almost 40 races been joined...
not a bad year after all i can conclude...
and both i and 10 ended the year with a double champ bang in Newton challenge 15km...ha...
in few days time gonna be new year n new chapter opening...
my journey in KL races gonna be a temporary full stop...
a migration gonna be happened soon...
time to change...
time to face new challenge out there...
though economy out there is really down...
which will be one of my big concern of this change...
God bless...i will try my best to go through this tough time...
as long i discipline myself...
so as my running career...
time to upgrade or go back to my last time 2ndary sch. periods training method...
STADIUM...
and i forsee a better time in cycling n swimming...
hopefull all can go through smoothly...
to make it simple for races in 2015...
i may just upload few of races photos...
all these gonna be as fond memory for this year of 2015...
