anyway its been a good measurement for me to take some rest time...
and to monitoring my progress...
training has become routine...
problem is only to make oneself become better and better...
which i think for a self training athlete been quite tough i can say...
anyway i wont give up just due to such reason...
so far quite happy with all the progress...
especially with my most hate n love training program, interval session...
i knew that this session is very crucial...
alot of ppl r scare of it...
to do it well u only can keep training it...
then when u go thru many session of it u will getting love it...
well i must say that this session is quite dangerous as well...
if u dun really care of it,injury can be quite easily happen to u...
hopefully what i plan in this August can become really useful n meaningful for me...
