More than half a year i didnt update this blog d...
so i just simply wrap up my 2013 year end 2 races which i had joined...
races name as per above...
every time when joining salomon sure will meet up with affindi and his army runners...
there r very strong with all these cross country route...
i like about cross country route since secondary...
but eversince i started working i lost all my touch to this mother natural sense...
this race was held in maeps,mardi which i never been there...
consider quite a southern part of klang valley...
the race wasnt really that hard after all...
mostly is the red soil with up and down slope route...
my luck was out of top 5 and managed to get 6th which exactly same with 10...
Then went into Pg bridge run which initially mentioned by organisers that this year gonna be in new bridge...
but it went into smoke...
old bridge as usual still out of my luck as well...
i try very hard to train for this race...
manage to achieve my pb for half in this race...
yet i was 2 place out of top 15...
top 10 ad have 8 kenyan...haiz...
meanwhile 10 had achieved her pb in half and managed a 13th placing...
what an achievement for her!
this race was actually came out alot of news which published those runners cheated for the sake of its prizes...
all these need to be curb with proper race rules and control...
