Juru 10Km Run

2019 Juru 10Km Run: replace kl race with this as we are lack of that specific training. Run as usual on this industrial road that normally pack with traffic. Lil bit of lost direction inside taman road,lucky able to find out exact route. EeLing Ong though still in her low condition by managing to maintain current pace to finish 2nd placing. Nice medal & trophy dont know comparable to Thai race, ha! Shopping time & looking for next week crucial race. #o2running
