This is one of my most important race in my life or may be in my year calender...
yet i still not satisfied with my bike performance...
although i been train with it but not that frequently...
anyway my opponent who same point with me,Chan Jun Shen has been well prepared fot it...
me2 noe that its no easy to win esp during bike course...
and their strategy during bike section had paid off...
i suffered during bike part...
finished in dissapointed 4th got overall 2nd...
i wonder i still have time to get back all this...
i hope everything will become better soon...
as well as both my other 2 members seem to be having a useful lesson for them here...
