Penang Chinese Cross Country 2018

Penang Chinese Cross Country 2018: Back to race after skipped last year. Can see a lot of young runners, a good sign for Penang distance running. As usual front leader by ow yang and ultimate champ. Was changing lead with his team manager who is a strong veteran runner as well. Last few km was exhausted and leaped by another forward triathlon runner. Quite dissapointed with the performance, need to bounce back but raya coming...oh another rest mood hurdle lol! EeLing Ong was running a good pace race and managed to bring BM leopard women's team champ.
